2. Scope of Services

iNiaga Global offers the following services:

CIDB license application services and consultation
Seminar and training programs (live, virtual, and hybrid)
Digital products and downloadable guides
E-commerce fashion and lifestyle products

3. Payments & Fees

Payments are collected securely via Billplz.
CIDB license application services include a non-refundable processing fee.
Users may reschedule seminars or license service appointments with prior notice.
For e-commerce (fashion) and digital product purchases, refer to our Delivery & Return Policy.
All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery of Services

CIDB processing time: 7 to 14 working days.
Seminars are delivered in hybrid formats (in-person and online).
Users will be notified of updates via email and/or WhatsApp.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

CIDB license services are non-refundable once processing begins.
For digital and physical product purchases via our e-commerce platform, users may request a refund or return in accordance with this policy.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled seminar or consultation.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass or abuse our staff or support channels
Misrepresent your identity or provide false CIDB-related documents
Upload or share any unlawful, threatening, or malicious content
Use the website for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and downloadable materials, are the property of iNiaga Global Sdn Bhd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.
